Sage Accpac ERP version 5.5 will be released this year (currently in Beta stage).  Sage Software will be releasing it on the second quarter of 2008 (tentative).  This Sage Accpac 5.5 is the next major release that builds on the foundation of the 5.x technology platform bringing advanced features like Dashboards to users.

Dashboard

Many users were waiting for this feature.  Dashboard will allow users to take a quick glance over company performance.  This is an important feature for decision maker.

The Dashboard is configurable and customizable with features of goals, what-ifs, and reports.  The Dashboard is based on Crystal Xcelsius.

Performance

The performance is improved especially for MS SQL Server, DB2 and Oracle database by streamlining operations, reducing memory usage, removing redundancies, etc.
